Can I use my own logo or artwork?
Yes, we encourage it! You can upload high-resolution files (AI, EPS, or PNG) during the design process, and our team will integrate them into your custom plates.
What materials are used for the plates and straps?
Our plates are made from high-quality metals such as brass or zinc alloy, finished with gold or silver plating. The straps are made from 100% genuine cowhide leather for durability and a professional feel.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship our custom belts worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country, but most international orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days after production is complete.
What is your return policy for custom items?
Because each belt is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect. Please review your design proofs carefully before final approval.
Can I see a preview of my belt before it is made?
Absolutely. After you place your order, our design team will provide a digital mockup for your approval. We will not begin the physical production until you are 100% satisfied with the layout.
