Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.
Review and Approval
Our quality assurance team will evaluate your claim within 48 hours to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the belt in its original protective case and shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Refund or Replacement
Once received and inspected, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or begin production on a priority replacement belt.
